The table below shows the dates by which an application must be submitted to participate in each UAEC 200 College Readiness Course. The left column shows the date to apply. The center column shows the live session date of each UAEC 200 course and whether it is offered online or on campus. Please note: students are required to complete some work in the week leading up to the live session. The right column shows the next term a student can participate in after completing the UAEC 200 course.
To be admitted to The University of Alabama Early College, you will need to complete an online application and ask your school counselor to submit your high school transcript to UA Early College.
*Students can start Early College as early as the summer after their ninth-grade year or as late as the summer after the senior year of high school. To be admitted to Early College, students must have a 3.0 or higher grade point average on 4.0 scale (or the equivalent), cumulative since the beginning of ninth grade.
