The Capstone at the world’s fingertips
Distance learning is far from a new concept at The University of Alabama. As technology advances, so do we. What started as correspondence courses years ago has transformed into cutting-edge, technology-enabled instruction that connects you to the same professors who teach main campus students at UA every day.
UA’s online program is nationally recognized and when combined with the student support resources of Early College, provides a first-class experience for high school students that’s dedicated to their academic success.
What you’ll need
Students will need a laptop or desktop computer with reliable high-speed internet access. Online classes cannot be taken from a tablet or cell phone.

Students and instructors can contact the UA Online Technical Support team by emailing techsupport@ua.edu, visiting the online helpdesk or by calling 205-348-6270 anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days week. Helpdesk ticket requests are addressed in the order they are received, but you can expect a response within 48 hours.
